How you get a refund for Byudge Pro depends on where you bought it: the App Store, Google Play or our website. This policy should be read together with our Terms of use and does not limit your rights under the law of your country.
App Store
Apple processes App Store payments and decides on refunds under its own policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple account you paid with (Apple's instructions).
Google Play
Request a refund from Google, which decides under its refund policies. You can also write to support@byudge.com with your order number (it starts with GPA.), the Google account email and the purchase date; we review each request individually.
Our website
Purchases on byudge.com are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, and refunded under the Paddle Refund Policy. Request a refund at paddle.net or through the link in your Paddle receipt, or write to support@byudge.com with the email you used at checkout and your order number, and we will help.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, Switzerland or the UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription, or within 14 days after a free trial ends; the Paddle Refund Policy explains the exceptions.
Cancelling is not a refund
Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund past payments. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel billing.
- App Store: Apple subscriptions. For a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Google Play: Google Play subscriptions.
- Website: the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email, or paddle.net.
EU and UK consumers
EU/UK consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a service purchase, subject to lawful exceptions; starting access alone does not waive this right. Store procedures do not replace statutory remedies.
After a refund
An approved refund goes back to the original payment method. How long it takes depends on Apple, Google or Paddle and on your bank. A refund does not delete your Byudge account or records.
